COMPETITIVE CHEER & DANCE

Training twice per week | 2-5 COMPETITIONS PER YEAR

The Mid North All-Stars offer semi competitive and fully competitive cheerleading and dance classes. Competitive cheerleading is very team orientated, where each member uniquely contributes to creating a sensational competitive routine. Competitive cheerleading is for the motivated and determined athlete.

Our competitive squads have been extremely successful during their debut year during the 2018 cheerleading season. During this time our athletes have all increased in their self-confidence, performance ability, stunt, jump, tumble and dance abilities. It has been wonderful during the past four seasons to watch our athletes congratulating and participating in the success of their teammates and enjoying their team successes together.

Competitive cheerleading and dance are an excellent progression for those cheerleaders and dancers looking for that next step or as a transition out of gymnastics and other sports. Allowing them to retain their current skills with a much lighter training schedule than that of gymnastics and other competitive sports.

A cheerleading routine involves dance, jumps, stunting and tumbling. If you wish to find out more about please head to our introduction to cheer tab present n the top banner of our website.

We currently run a series of competitive cheer classes for those aged 8 through to young adults.
